First you must enable Maildir in ISPConfig (Management -> Server -> Settings -> Email) because you're using Courier as POP3/IMAP daemon. Make sure your ISP doesn't block port 25.

Ok ! i do it a lot of test well i do it a lot of tests and I think that the problem is not postfix, well my ispconfig give me the bind down and i cant ping google.com (i dont have dns) i ping one router in the internet i restart the service and the bind continues down ! where i can change my dns and put manually
This is a completely different problem. What's in your /etc/resolv.conf? Any BIND related error messages in your logs?
