    Hi,
Today i got a SSL certificate for my website. The mail that i get from Versio has 3 files
    1) GeoTrustGlobalCA.cer
    2) website.nl.cer
    3) TrustProviderBVDVSSLCA-G2.cer

The second certificate i put in the section ....SSL Certificate...
Where should i put the other 2 certificates ?

The intermediate certificates go in the SSL Bundle field; you'd have to look up which goes first (or view the certificate info with openssl to tell), I don't know offhand.

Ensure that you configured the cms of your website correctly too, if you want to use https, then you must change the url in the cms too e.g. when you use WordPress. if you don't do that, then the cms redirects back to http and you get a loop.
