    Hello,
I would like to know if there is a plugin that allows:
    1: Website builder
    2: Auto-install (cms) ex: WordPress ect ...
I found topics, but they date back to 2006 or even old versions of ISP

There is an aps installer for apscatalog.com applications; there is not any website builder specifically for ISPConfig. I don't know if any of the aps are proper "website builders" offhand, but some of the web-based services can eg. upload a built website via ftp to your server, so could be used, but certainly not included with or integrated with ISPConfig out of the box.

What comes with ISPConfig is called the 'APS Installer' and is under the Sites menu. It is integrated in the the panel. (I have seen posts of other folks using softaculous, but it is not normally included nor integrated in the panel.)

If you are the admin, and looking under the Sites menu, I don't know what's going on. If you are a reseller or client, you might check your assigned limit template(s) and ensure you are allowed some number of APS instances.
