Import email configuration from ISPConfig 3

I succeed to connect other ISPConfig server and click start import

The result of import is an error message telling

1. Inavlid groupid
2. Inavlid Userid

How to fix this issue?

 

Hello,
The tool I want to use is inside IspConfig
Select: tools -> Import IspConfig 3 mail
Then I use the remote user as defined in the ispconfig server where the existing mail accounts exists.
In the new server (please see print screen) I set the remote API URL and enter the user and password and push the button "Connect to remote server"
After success connection then I need to select remote email and other check boxes.
When pushing the button "start import"
The response is
Invalid groupid
Invalid Userid

 

The reason was, that in the new server has to be defined a localclient

 

Is this problem now resolved?
