The problem is that the domain survivor.produ-net.com does not exist in DNS. Please add an A-record for survivor at the primary dns server for the domain produ-net.com that points to your server IP.

Please post the output of: netstat -tap iptables -L If your server is behind a router, make sure you forwarded port 25 from your router to your server and that your DSL provider does not block port 25.

Is 217.128.172.183 your public IP address? Did you configure your router to forward port 25 to your server? What's in /etc/hosts?
