large temp files

    hi there,

    have found many large temp files in
    /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/temp/

    called "ziYMyFOX" and other like this...

    every file are 2GB big, and every day a new file is in that directory.

    for what is this file good ?
    can i delete this recently with crontab?
