    Hello,

Since a previous update of ISPconfig, it's not possible to create a SPF with a TXT record. Okay... but how to create an include, like the next record asked by microsoft 365 ?

    @ 3600 TXT "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"

I assume this is an existing record you're trying to change.
don't click on the record to edit it, that loads it as a txt. and don't click the txt button either, it won't save it

just click on the spf button, as if you were creating a new spf record, it'll load the existing spf details on that zone and then you can adjust them from there and save the new settings.

No I want to create a new record. I can't create a TXT, Ispconfig ask tu use the SPF wizard instead. But I no include parameter in the wizard.

then just use the spf button to create a new record.

use fail to create the -all for the spf mechanism drop down
and put spf.protection.outlook.com in the field for : any domains that may deliver or relay mail for this domain

    then save your settings.

Admin can create multiple SPF-records with TXT, users cant.
And dont do multiple SPF for same FQDN.

If you update ISPConfig to the recent 3.1 dev, improvements have been made so the spf wizard works for subdomains, if that is useful to you.
