I recently updated ISPConfig and I noticed that there is no longer an Email tab on the dashboard after. I accidentally chose to disable it during set up. Is there a way to re-enable it?
    Thanks for the help!

Also, I tried to re-install postfix from the "The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 18.04" guide, and it MariaDB was also installed and failed. Now I am no longer able to access the ISPConfig Control Panel

Enable it in ISPConfig Panel | System | Server Services

This is bad. Find out why panel is no longer running. Start with this:

Check if some services are not running:
    Code:
    systemctl --state=failed
Try starting services yourself and read command output and logs to see why they fail.

You could try downloading the ISPConfig source and run update.php to reconfigure services.
