    hi sorry my english

    I have a server that works has years with many domains from today in my main domain (on other domains it works) the existing subdomains do not work example test1.domain.it test2.domain.it etc. point to a site among those present instead of the folder correct, I don't know where to start :-(

    You are posting in the ISPConfig 2 forum, while you are using ISPConfig 3.X :)

    @till can you move this?

    Have you mixed * and IP adress in the IP address setting for your domains? Is SSL enabled for those subdomains?

    Thanks for your reply Th0m
    ip address is correct no "*" for all domains ... I tried to set "*" on Auto-Subdomain instead of "www" but also putting "www" back does not work, Yes SSL is enabled for these subdomains
    thanks for your help and sorry for my mistake

    We mean * for the IP adress, not for the auto subdomain.

    Yes exactly, I meant there is the ip address for all domains 5.39.2xx.xxx
    I'm writing with google translate maybe it doesn't translate well

    So let's take test1.domain.it. You have added the subdomain as normal subdomain to domain.it? Can you eventually share the real name so we can see what happens?

    main domain
    htmlservices.it

    subdomain
    test1.htmlservices.it
    test2.htmlservices.it

    a site of my client always appears but it doesn't point to the folder .... (it worked for years)
    the problem is only with this domain with the others the subfolders are ok ... thanks again for your help

    It seems like SSL is not enabled for the subdomain. Try disabling and then re-enabling it. Check a valid certificate is in place for it aswell.
