Not possible to add new website ISPCONFIG 3.2

Hello ,
after updating from 3.2 to 3.2.1 I lost 1 client field and my domain field appears with a drop down menu.
I returned the backup to 3.2, but again it looks like that and now I can't add a new site. ask for assistance

 

Is "Use the domain limits in client module to add new domains" turned on? It is in System | Interface | Main Config | Domains.
