Can you give me any sugestions. After my servers were configured both servers were working fine then on one of the I added a reseller and a client. I rebooted the server and the web interface is not coming up anymore. I followed the instructions on howtoforge about adding a DNS with ISPConfig and it works fine but I cannot login into the ISPConfig interface anymore. I also uploaded a page to my other server and it worked fine for few minutes then after a while is not working any longer. any sugestions? the page I uploaded is www.reyesandclark.com and www.reyesandclark.net Thanks!
Try Code: /etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart If you use https to get to the interface and you encrypted the SSL Server.key, then you'll have to enter it, otherwise it will not work.
/etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart torusturtle, I tried as sugested and it did not make any difference. Any other sugestion? Thanks!

I can ping both 71.216.196.34 and 71.216.196.36 so the network interfaces are up. Maybe I misunderstand your problem?
Falko, Till, was able to see the ISPConfig interface using the IP Address, so can I; however I was able to see the interface using the FQN or https://ns1.rcdns2.com:81 or https://ns2.rcdns2.com:81 but that is not working... I was looking around in the ISPConfig panel and noticed that "BIND-Server" is offline... could that be the issue? If so, do you have a work-around? Thanks!
If the domain names are on your local bind server, then this is your problem. Please check the syslog for bind error messages. A common error is that you created a master and slave record for the same domain on the server.
Till, That is what it was... I had the master and slave on the same server. All is good now. Thanks a lot!!
