   Hi,
   I just understand that even the migration tool kit will not help.
   So without to change passwords of email accounts, how to migrate manually?

   That's wrong. The Migration Tool supports migrations between different OS. You seem to mix up the Migration Tool with ISPCopy, which is part of the same Toolkit but requires the same OS.
   
   

   There is no need for a manual migration as this can be done by uisng the Migration Tool automatically.
