Problem while trying SSL & HTTPS

    i have a problem while trying to use https in my server

    i have enabled SSL and created Certificate key then checked the port but it always says
    This site can’t provide a secure connection

    everything described in attached screen shoots

    Checking the port in the server IP

    Trying to open the main page for the server on port 443

    You missed enabling the SSL checkbox in the website settings according to your screenshot. What you enabled is SSI (Server Side Includes) and not SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

    each time i checked them , they automatically unchecked after refreshing the page , i think it's the main problem

    Note : my ispconfig version is 3.1.13

    So you are enabling Let's Encrypt as well, but you have a cert in place? That's of course not necessary.

    If you turn on Let's Encrypt SSL for a website, press SAVE, and then it turns back to not enabled, you must troubleshoot why LE does not work for that website. Instructions for that in the Read before posting article (pinned first article in this forum).
