Check the error.log of the web server and / or the websites if it's not phpmyadmin or RoundCube to find out what the error is. E.g. old websites might simply not be compatible with PHP 7.3.

Ensure you resync websites under the tools menu if you haven't done that since upgrading. If you upgraded from such an old debian version, you might have .htaccess files and/or custom apache directives for an older version of apache which need updated, too.
Hi, I have reinstalled the PHPMYadmin and I am getting 403 error, I ahve checked all permission and added require all granted and also allow override but still getting 403 error. can you please help?
How did you reinstall it? How are you trying to access phpmyadmin? What do you find in the error log for those requests?
I have removed everything related to PHPMYADMIN and instaled it following https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-10-buster-apache-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-1/. I am unable to see any logs related to this. Dont know why. I am accessing with ip/phpmyadmin.

I changed the base path in ISPconfig to /. I can open round cube but after loggin I am getting 403 error. Roundcube graphics are not working. I mean no images when I open roundcube
Do you mean the open_basedir? This is very insecure, change it back. Add /usr/share/roundcube to the list instead.
You did not enable SSL according to the screenshot. And Let's Encrypt certs renew automatically, so no manual actions are required to renew them.
Ok. Now I have 2 issues, One website is throwing 500 error. Please find the logs of that website in /var/log/httpd/ispconfig/website/error.log and as well as the apache. How can I resolve this?
