After updating ISPConfig 3 I don't see Site, DNS, Email

    You have to choose 'upload file' below the posts to upload a screenshot. But pasting the text is better anyway.

    The permissions look normal. I don't think that you issues are caused by the ISPConfig update, probably it became visible after the update due to services restart of the webserver. Did you change anything else on your system? maybe suexec is not working properly anymore so that PHP of the ispconfig vhost is not run as user ispconfig anymore.

    NO, I didn't change anything. The things I'm doing are:

    apt update
apt upgrade
ispconfig_update.sh
    This is the 5th time i'm upgrading my ispconfig and now something went wrong.
    Maybe it's php, because today I tried to access my database via www.mydomain.com/phpmyadmin, but I can't. When I enter my user and password and click button to login, page is reloaded, but nothing happen, I'm on login login page, no errors. When I try to login via Navicat I can access all of my databases, no errors.
