Hello Thom, I think I realized the problematic situation. In some records, POP3 and IMAP selections were not selected as yes or no. These users cannot use it. I will open a call by referencing this post. If I can get some quick advice it would be very helpful.
You can change this in batch by running a SQL query, but I am on my phone currently so I can't write it for you until I'm at my desk.
