I couldn't find any posts on this...how do I unblock the sending of certain attachments with our ISPConfig 3.2 server? We tried to send a PHZ3 file to a business associate and our server is bouncing back because it won't allow that attachment. I tried looking in /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user but I don't see that file type listed!

That depends on why they are being blocked - what is the error (or log message) you get? If it is due to the filename or mime type or file(1) type you're probably looking at $banned_filename_re, eg. see /etc/amavis/conf.d/20-debian_defaults.

The error was "Our content checker found banned name: .exe,.exe-ms,PhdUser#[PersistenceContainers].expDat". I understand why we don't want the server to send/receive exe files but this was not a .exe Is there a way to allow a user to send anything while keeping everyone else subject to amavis?
