    swapon-group.com has address 93.174.165.4
    swapon-group.com mail is handled by 10 mail.swapon-group.com.

    secondary domains:
    swapon-group.ro has address 93.174.165.4
    swapon-group.ro mail is handled by 10 mail.swapon-group.com.swapon-group.ro.

    cci-ciceu.ro has address 93.174.165.4
    cci-ciceu.ro mail is handled by 10 mail.swapon-group.com.cci-ciceu.ro.

Can you see the arriving e-mails on email server logs?
Those domains you show have different MX records. If e-mail for them should all go to the same server, the MX records should be identical.

No, I can't see the mails in the logs, the MX records are identical. On my mailserver i have an A record with mail to IP and an MX record with domain.com to mail.domain.com

The client dns entries are following by all of my clients:

    mail 3600 A 93.174.165.4
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 A 93.174.165.4
    www 3600 A 93.174.165.4
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 CAA 0 issue "letsencrypt.org"
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 MX 10 mail.swapon-group.com
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 NS ns.swapon-group.com.
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 NS ns1.swapon-group.com.
    swapon-group.ro. 3600 TXT "v=spf1 mx a ~all"

Changes in DNS may take up to 24h hours to propagate, so it won't work instantly after your change, you have to wait some time and then try again.
