New servers do not use amavis anymore, they use Rspamd instead. So Amavis should not be installed on your system.

Login to ISPConfig, go to System > Server config > Email and check if Rspamd or Amavis is selected there. If Amavis is shown there. change it to rspamd. If Rspamd is shown there, change it to Amavais, press save, edit again and change to rspamd and press save.

That#s a different error now, which means the original issue has been solved. the problem is that your system is unable to connect to other mail systems on port 25, most likely port 25 outgoing is blocked by your ISP or data center.

    Hello,
MayBe about port 25, because this ISP is Digital Ocean

    /etc/resolv.conf
    nameserver 127.0.0.1
    nameserver 67.207.67.2
    nameserver 67.207.67.3

    And, Isee on the web
SMTP port 25 is blocked on all Droplets for some new accounts to prevent spam and other abuses of our platform. To send mail on these accounts, use a dedicated email deliverability platform (such as Sendgrid and Mailgun), which are better at handling deliverability factors like IP reputation.

    Any idea ??
    Thanks

The problem is not DNS-related, so resolv.conf does not come into play here.

    You posted the answer yourself:

Such a relay system can be configured in ISPConfig under system > server config > email. But in the end, you pay twice, once for the droplet and once for the email service. Maybe you should consider using a hosting service that allows you to run a mail server. E.g. I'm using Hetzner cloud and they allow using their cloud servers to be used as mail system.
