Hello, I have a problem with the Outlook test message that is sent when setting up Outlook. It is generally recognized as SPAM in RSPAMD, sometimes with a "rewrite subject", sometimes rejected. Outlook setup fails. The only solution I found is to whitelist the sender address. I haven't found a solution to create a global rule that whitelists the subject line. Is something like that even possible? Or what else can I do that these messages are not blocked? Thanks for yout answers... Regards Thomas
What is in that welcome message? Make it look less like spam. Why is the message missing MID and DATE? Is the system set up properly?
It's not a welcome message. When you setup a new mail account in Outlook, it sends a message to the new account to test the new settings. It's a very simple mail, the body is HTML with "Diese E-Mail-Nachricht wurde von Microsoft Outlook automatisch während des Testens der Kontoeinstellungen gesendet.", the subject is "Microsoft Outlook-Testnachricht". Nothing else.
As you can see in your spam scores, it's mostly related to the Bayes filter. The Bayes filter is a self-learning filter, so it means your filter learned something wrong and that's why it flags the test message as spam. You can e.g. try to learn that message as HAM in Bayes, or reset the Rspamd Bayes filter.
