Hello! Accidentally delete customer. After undo action (Monitor -> Data log history -> Delete -> Undo action), do not login the client, the client panel (wrong username or password). From admin panel login as client also do not login the client panel, error message "The password length is < 1 or > 256 characters." Server: (Debian Bullseye) ISPConfig 3.2.8p2 Can anybody help me?
By deleting the client, you deleted also other important data like his group and his sys_user record. The issue for the failure is probably that these are missing now.
Very interesting. Ispconfig client area see the client, but not see sys_user table. And also deleted sys_group table, but not logged fact of deletion. Thanks for the help. I decided to take the client on again.
