I have my domain example.com Create a subdomain called test.example.com but the root of the web sources is the same as the main domain.
I can't find where to point or modify so that the path of the document-root is another.
    Domain: /var/www/clients/client2/web1/web

    For example:
    subdomain: /var/www/clients/client2/web1/web2

    What dou you recommend.

    thanks.

Recommended way: Create a separate website for the subdomain by entering 'test.example.com' in the domain field of the new website.
Alternative way: Create it using a vhost subdomain. Vhost sub- and alias domains are not recommended to be used and, therefore, disabled by default. But you can enable that feature under system > interface > main config.

The subdomain (not vhost subdomain) you created is for multi-domain cms only, so it's wrong for what you are trying to achieve.
