Hi there, We're on ISPConfig v3.2.9p1. Is it possible to disable spam filtering entirely in ISPConfig? I've tried going to SpamD and setting everything to a weight of 0, but that doesn't seem to have done it. We use a third party spam filtering service, so the ISPConfig spam filtering is redundant and rejecting messages. Thanks!
There is this old article: https://www.faqforge.com/linux/cont...ilter-and-antivirus-functions-in-ispconfig-3/ At least the start and stop services commands are now systemctl start and stop.
Please note that the article @Taleman posted is for systems with Amavis only, not for current Rspamd based systems.
I'm not aware of a howto for that. Have you tried to just set spamfilter policy to 'non pying' in the email domain? This should disable spam filtering.
Yes, every account is set Non Paying, which I've modified the profile to make them a "Virus Lover" and a "Spam Lover." But rspamd is still bouncing messages because it doesn't get a fast enough response from zen.spamhous.org, which then translates to a default of "rejected" at our spam provider's side. I tried going through rspamd's interface and setting the weight of messages that fail RBL to 0, so it wouldn't affect their overall score, but it still fails. So that's where I'm just looking to disable rspamd and clamav altogether, but I don't want to mess up postfix's ability to receive email by doing so.
I don't think rspamd is bouncing it, but Postfix itself. Disable the RBL under System > Server config > server1.example.com > Mail > Real-time Blackhole List
