    ISP3CONFIG runs on debian
Problem is in my configuration that the root user can use SSHD, so I tried to enable an other user.
I created a shell user in ISP3Config with NO Chroot Shell.
After this I found an invalid user in the auth.log
So how do I enable this user , PAM config ?

    regards,
    Ralph

Do you mean when you log in with the created user, log says it is invalid user?
What happens when you ssh in with the created user? Which ssh client are you using? If command line client, what is shown on screen and what exactly appears in the log?

Just a guess, did you use the correct username incl. prefix? Take a look how the username is shown in the shell user list in ISPConfig GUI.
