letsencrypt "Skipped" the domain but accept all aliases

Hello,
ISPConfig: 3.2.9p1
I have a domain who has alliases. redirection: L
When ACME Cron start the main domain is Skipped; all aliases are updated: Cert success.
This may be due to the redirection to L ?

Forgot to tell you to force update, With ISPConfig I unchecked SSL (so let's encript too) and all was renewed

 

If in /root/.acme.sh/ there is a certificate that has the same name as an alias (maybe we made a site before and that certificate has not been deleted) It has been deleted now, so we will see if slove the problem. Does ISPconfig delete the certificate when we delete a site?
