ISPConfig 3.2.9p1 pending updates stuck

I'm running ISPConfig 3.2.9p1 on Debian 10 and PHP7.2, but recently it stopped updating, and is currently stuck with 16 changes pending (first in line are BIND zone changes). Running the server script produces the following output:

Especially this line is interesting, as there is no table called "records" in the dbispconfig database!

Not sure who or what enabled that plugin, I do not recall doing anything like that.
