I have been trying for days to figure out why the OTP sending of 2FA is not working . it tells me that it sent the email but I am not receiving it . all the other mails i receive it without any problem Where can I check ?? what am I doing wrong ?
Check your mail.log file. And if you are using 2fa for the admin login, ensure that you have set an email address under System > Interface > main config for the admin.

No, this email address is used for admin notifications and 2fa for the admin user.
