How to Delete CP USER (seems like an orphan user ID entry)

Hi Guys,
Somehow, I ended up with an "orphan" CP User and its preventing me from creating a client with that name, which I like to do.
I say "orphan", because a Client with that name does not currently exists but I am pretty sure I had created and delete it before.
If I look in: Systems - User Management - CP Users , this user it is listed (PRDH-Adm).:



But PRDH-Adm is not a client so it is not listed as such under Clients.
Is there a way to delete this "orphan" CP User?
I know I should not edit DB entries but is there a way to do so through editing the ISPConfig DB? No option to delete it in CP Users is displayed.

I found a simmilar issue on another post:

I looked at the sys_user db table and it is listed there: should I just delete that entry?
