    dear team,

i have the version ISPConfig 3.2.9p1 installed. now i added an external recipient in e-mail forwardings / redirections (local domain testdomain.com is managed by the ispconfig server) the user [email protected] that points to an external mail server.

when i now send an testmail to [email protected], i get back in short time this error message:
mail.host.com said: 550 [SPF FAIL] domain of domain does not designate X.X.X. as permitted sender (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

can anybody helps me to fix this?

    thank you so much

    Dear Till,

thank you for your reply. Is there an easier way to do that? i dont want change the default setup from my ispconfig.
is there any other possibility to solve that in another way?

or when i only can do that so, is there a simple tutorial do setup this? only one e-mail redirection, no more for my setup is needed.

    thank you

When a external mailserver sends a mail to your mailbox and your mailbox just forwards this mail to another external mailserver you can use ARC sealing to add the original authetification results for SPF and DKIM to the mails you forward. This can be done with rspamd see https://rspamd.com/doc/modules/arc.html
