Manage default site backup settings

Is it possible to manage the default site backup settings? It's "0" as far as I can tell, I would like to have every newly created site default to 2 backups. I've been through every tab [I think] in Server Config and can't find anything. Doesn't seem to be an option at Client level either.

 

Thankyou, but where? I've searched dbisconfig for backup and can see existing backups, for example, but not a template setting.

 

Thankyou. Yes, I had found the correct table in the first place, but I am naive about SQL! So I edited the structure rather than any rows and now when I create a site, it has backups enabled by default.
