FTP: Failed to write Array/.htaccess

hi, im having problems with uploading in WEB-FTP, I got this message

FTP: Failed to write Array/.htaccess

and tried the ftp and got this message

200 type I
227 entering passive mode
150 opening binary mode data conection for song
522 transfer aborted disk quota exceeded


The characteristics of the site are

20 MB space
The group is web7 and the user is web7_user

the error is same

After upload the file "princ.html" with webftp, the size is 0

What about the user quota? the main site can use 20Mb but if the admin user has only 1 mb (for example) you cant upload more than that..

The solution of the problem

Before:

[root@hostname web7]# /usr/sbin/repquota -avug | grep web7

After:

The problem is solved increasing the quota of adminsitrator user. I didnt understand the relation between the quota of the adminsitrador user and the size of the Web site
