Password error: Login failed on access e-mail

hi,

i've installed isp-config and got this problem about accessing e-mail account

in http://domain.com:81/mailuser i get 'Password error: Login failed' that's when i use web1_username as username. and when i use full e-mail as user name it's said wrong username, so i think it's has something to do with the password.

when i try to access from outlook i keep getting username/password input box.

i'm noob and don't know where to look, please help

 

i check the password in user_password field and it's all blank, it this normal?

oh but i can login with those user via ftp

 

It's /etc/shadow.
