website is not created automatically

Hi,
when I create a new order, it does create the user etc. But not automatically the website, even if a domain is stored, what could be the reason?

 

I guess you are using some add-on or plugin for ISPConfig. Which one?

 

What does "old" mean? Is there a new one?

That module you link to is dated "Updated 6th August 2016" so it is pretty old. In the text I find "This module integrates WHMCS with Ispconfig 3.1". Is that the version of ISPConfig you are running? My ISPConfig is version 3.2.
