You should rather ask yourself if you need whatever BitNinja provides. Default ISPConfig installations are pretty secure when you install it with the provided guides. I don't know anything about BitNinja, but software like this can interfere with ISPConfig. You should check what BitNinja does in-depth bevor using it and see if there is any benefit in the first place
I remember ISPConfig also have its own security product which I think should be better since this is about using it in ISPConfig server(s).
