    Hi all,

As per title, when I logged in as clientA I go to Email--> Email Whitelist --> Server (selecting the one that the client has his email account).
In Whitelist Address no matter what I'll put I always get "Invalid address: you have no permission for this domain." No matter if is the receipient or the sender.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks

A client can add white- or blacklists only for his own domain name(s). If he enters a name that he does not won, then you'll get this error.

    Thanks Till. I'm missing something.
All I want is for example a user that has a domain on that email server let's say [email protected] to be able to whitelist an external email (receipient) with [email protected]
How can be achieved this at the user level?

I don't know if you are misunderstanding something or this is just badly worded.
You can only whitelist the sender "[email protected]" to your customers mailadress or domain e.g. "[email protected]".
This is possible at "Email -> Email Whitelist"

ok I see, so what I'm asking can be done actually only under Spamfilter Whitelist
