    Hi
I have this issue, I see it highly discussed on this forum, but I have php installed and all on the same version on all servers.
    Any advice appreciated please.

The following changes are not yet populated to all servers:
    • Update firewall rule: 1
    • Create email domain: 15
    • Update email domain: 7
    • Update server settings: 1
    • datalog_status_d_server_php: 1
    • datalog_status_i_server_php: 6
    • datalog_status_u_server_php: 12
    • Create spam filter settings: 15

    Thanks
    Dave

This is often discussed as it is a very general symptom of multiserver setups that just means that one or more nodes are not fetching their updates from the master anymore. So, there are various reasons for this, most not even related to ISPConfig. Potential reasons are you blocked mysql port in firewall or disabled networking for MariaDB master server. Either follow the guidance you found in these other threads or take a look at the read before posting thread about debugging issues when changes don't get written to disk: https://forum.howtoforge.com/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/

no need. as long as the slave can connect to the master db it will update.
    they should retry every minute.

ISPConfig keeps pending changes for up to 30 days, so your systems will always resync unless they are down for over a month.
