   Are there any way to configure a web folder of a site? The dafault folder is clientId/siteId/web/, but how can I change it to clientId/siteId/public_html?

   No, the web folder in ISPConfig is always named web. You can not change that name.

   But you may change the DocumentRoot which could help you achieve almost the same.
