Good morning, Is this line in sys_cron still used? cronjob_purge_mailboxes ? Because I did a new installation and noticed that it no longer appears.

It's not in the current code base, so it shall not show up in sys_cron and therefore its not being used.
It doe snot really matter if the line is in there. if the code is still there and used on your system, it will appear again. if its not there and not being used, then it does not matter if the line is in the database. So yes, you can remove it. But its not really worth doing it though as it has no influence on how your system works.
