ispconfig_update.sh --force mysqlcheck got error 2002 how can I fix it?

Hi everyone , when trying to update my ispconfig installation, this is the first time I experienced it failing to update ispconfig due to to mysql check, the credentials are working when accessing the mysql from command line usin the credentials from mysql_clientdb.conf

 

Update / Resolved - somehow I managed to fix this by restoring my backup mysql configuration, somehow the issue is related to bind ip address
