    tx for answer me
it has 3 years working w/o problems
some websites open with /webmail, but this is a normal behavior because we use another webserver for sites, but "serverdomain.com:8081/webmail" wont open!
i run the script in "please read before..." nad every thing seem to be ok, except this warm

[WARN] could not determine server's ip address by ifconfig
[INFO] OS version is Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

another weird thing, in the MOnitor/services option
    find this
    Web-Server: Offline
    FTP-Server: Offline
    SMTP-Server: Offline
    POP3-Server: Offline
    IMAP-Server: Offline
    mySQL-Server: Online
but, this has no sense, because i am in the web interface , and in the option system/server services all optin are mark!
i disable and enable some option, but nothing change, my customer say that he has acces to your imap mail, (thunderbird) but not using :8081/webmail

What changes have been done on that host since Roundcube worked OK?
What error does browser show when /webmail is accessed?
What errors are in web server log?

    1) i dont do it anything ( only linux update every 45 days), but i dont know if my customer touch it or not ( he say : NOOOO!)
2)Connection timed out The server xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.com is taking too long to respond. The site may be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Please try again in a few moments. If you can't load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure Firefox is allowed to access the website.
    ( edge -> ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT)
    3) where is websever log?
