I need some guidelines on this please: I am changing my server call it ms1 to a new server currently called ms3. All the mail and web data is over to ms3 already I now just need to change to point to ms3 as if it is ms1. My thought is following on ms3: 1. change hostname and /etc/hosts to ms1 2 do a ISPConfig_update.sh --force for new certificate 3. On DNS point MS1 to new IP address. or is it not that simple, i dont want my mail customers to have to reconfigure the mail clients.
Solved thank all I just created ms1 sitye on ms3 serverf and changed the DNS and then got certificate for the ms1 site and it works
