    Hi,
    All users are /bin/false. Only one are /usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh and i don't understand why

    web3:x:5004:5005::/var/www/clients/client0/web3:/bin/false
    web4:x:5005:5006::/var/www/clients/client22/web4/./home/web4:/usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh

    I used ispconfig 3.3

    Because you only have created the "Shell User" configuration under "Sites" for that one user. You need to enable shell access for web users explicitly.

    It's either a shell user or a chrooted cron job.

    In the ISPConfig, the sites module. It might be that you had shell users or cron jobs in the past. Anyway, it's fine that the shell of a site uses the jailkit shell, so nothing to worry about.
