We have a few subdomains with websites that aren't configures wiht ispconfig but seperatly.
Since 3.3 ispconfig constantly revokes the ssl certificates for this subdomains (weekly) ... how can i stop this ? ;)

The biggest problem in the beginning was to realize it was ispconfig which did revoke them. We had a bigger system update before and i thought the letsencrypt config files were damaged and didn't understand why they got revoked again after getting everything running again with the certficates ...

ISPConfig systems kept certs in the past as the system can not determine if it was used elsewhere. This causes problems over time, so we had to add a mechanism that cleans up the old certs. And as there should be no manually issued certs outside of ISPConfig on an ISPConfig server, this typically does not cause any issues.
