According to the website it indeed supports ispconfig up to version 3.2, so not 3.3. https://www.ispconfig.org/add-ons/ispconfig-migration-tool/ Though there have been several topics about the tool here where ispc 3.3 was used. So maybe you just have to update your tool (redownload it).

Would still be having a valid license if it is purchased within a year, but might have expired, if longer.
Good afternoon, sorry for the delay, I downloaded the current version and it worked. How do I check how long I'm entitled to updates for, and how do I renew it? Would I have to buy a new one?
