Hello, starting suddently we have seen for certain users that the email "Send Copy to" service stopped working. We can't define the exact starting point, but the most probable was the latest update of the ispconfig (master-slave). Problems has happened only on certain mail users. Basically seems quickly solved resaving the mailbox from the ispconfig master. This is quite problematic because this is one of the stuff that is not possible to debug everytime, because generally once activated should be activated and working forever. Otherwise we find out that something broke, when the customer advise us. And generally it's too late. There is something that we can do in order to avoid this kind of behaviour? Thank you
I have not heard of anyone else having such an issue yet, and I do not have it on my systems. So it might be something specific to your setup and not a general issue. Which error do you get in the mail.log?
No, we haven't any error on mail.log. Basically just the mail is sent only on the mailbox. Then after saving the account, the forward is back to work.
Please check if any of the sieve files of the account changes on an affected account when you save. Also, check in the datalog viewer if and if yes what is recorded there as a change when you save an affected account.
