Changes to email headers

For example, among the defaults:
Received: from (Sender's computer name) (unknown [Sender's IP address])

Can it be changed to the following common type?

Received: from (Mail server hostname) (Mail server hostname [Mail server IP address])

Or

Received: from (Mail server hostname)

It already is like this in a standard ISPConfig installation. When you send as an authenticated sender the mail will show this header:

Received: from mail.yourserver.tld (mail.yourserver.tld [0.0.0.0]) ...

So where do you see the header containing the clients hostname?
