httpd won't start, private key not found

    when starting ispconfig I got the following errors:
    ------------------------------------------------------
    Executing /etc/rc.d/init.d/ispconfig_server start ..

    Starting ISPConfig system...
    Apache/1.3.37 mod_ssl/2.8.28 (Pass Phrase Dialog)
    Some of your private key files are encrypted for security reasons.
    In order to read them you have to provide us with the pass phrases.

    Server galaxy3:81 (RSA)
    Enter pass phrase:
    Apache:mod_ssl:Error: Private key not found.
    **Stopped
    /root/ispconfig/httpd/bin/apachectl startssl: httpd could not be started
    ISPConfig system is now up and running!

    got httpd started now but can't get to the port 81.
