Hi everybody, I have problem with some domain names on my server. For example, I've 5 domains like planet01.info, planet02.info, planet03.info, ... 4 on these 5 names work great but planet03.info does not !! When I type this domain in my navigator, I reach a basic index.html page but not the one associated with the account. I upload a file on this FTP, type address of this file in browser... File not found !!! I've already tried to delete all files and folders, account and domain name and then create new account once more, without more luck. Always reaching a basic index.html but not good one. Is there any way to found where is the problem? A log file somewhere ? Thank you all for helping me
Please check that you enabled the Administrator checkbox for the FTP user you used to upload the file.
Hi, thank you for your response, till ! You're right, I've forget this checkbox It's in this kind of problem that I realize I have really a lot of things to learn about ISP and server configuration. Thank you once more
