What are the outputs of Code: netstat -tap and Code: ifconfig ? What's in /root/ispconfig/httpd/conf/httpd.conf?

Something's wrong with the /home directory and its subdirectories. Did you accidentally change permissions/owners recursively? What's the output of Code: df -h ?
