Error: Could not get login password entry response

Greetings! When accessing https://www.xxxx.pt:81/mailuser/login/index.php with a valid email user id / password I am getting this message: Error: Could not get login password entry response. I have another ISP installation and it works fine there... no idea why this is happening. Any ideas? Thanks.

 

...solved! Directory Maildir not being created inside the user directory! I wonder why?

 

You need to sent an initial mail to the just created user first, before the Maildir directories are created.

When the 1st mail arrives, Postfix automagically creates the required folders.
